Kids enjoyed the pool very much. There is high speed wifi to watch ott films. And room heater is very useful. It's very safe for kids to play in the garden. Very much private place for a family time. They took us to vegetable garden with potatoes and carrots and for tea estate walk. Will revise the place soon.

Definitely a wonderful property with amenities like swimming pool and jaquzi. Location was awesome, very calm, surrounded by tea and vegetable farms. But there is a lot of scope to improve on their service and food. You can never expect good food here as the care taker itself a cook and he has very average cooking skills and most of food ordered was bought from outside, which was also below average. Most worst part is for breakfast they dint even had a pack of bread, just a bread omelette served and he said bread is out of stock. Of course apart from bread other dishes like idly, dosa was available. Then care taker’s lack of knowledge about the operations of jaquzi and water heater. Only after one hour he was able to figure out how to switch on water heater for jaquzi and it will take 30-40 minutes to fill the jaquzi to normal to warm water. So my 5 year old was very disappointed started yelling at me I should my booked better resort. Overall this property is good but they should have a good cook as well.

Had a great stay at La Niebla, their pool villa. Caretaker vignesh and Babitha took good care of us. Food was ok ok. We stayed there for three days. First day was rainy, had a great experience using pool in the rain. Great privacy as a couple.

Rooms 5 Star Service 3 Star ( actually 2 but one extra as they allowed EV charging ) Location 2 Star ( can go to 3 or 4 once the road works improve as of now its in a bad state due to ongoing work Actual Stay Its honestly a very picturesque Villa and location and has tons of potential, only let down by incomplete work and subpar ensuite service and a non functional pool when we stayed. This can easily become a 5 star property one day, but today is not that day. Likes Rooms are neat Toilets are clean Amazing landscapes for superb photo shoots Good heating and 24/7 hot water Provided slow EV charging One can enjoy a romantic cozy getaway here Dislikes 30-40 mins away from Ooty town Pool was dirty and non functional on all 3 days of our stay Jacuzzi is mostly cold water/max can get it to room temp, honestly useless for Ooty climate, they need a better geyser Breakfast was cold and subpar for the price charged extra charges for the Bon fire Misc To their credit they reduced 2k for the pool non functional and additional 3k guest charges waived for the inconvenience. at the moment its a bit pricy for what is on offer. I paid 22K for two nights 3 Pax and 1 Kid after all the discount
