Not satisfied at all. Very small room with no such facility. Rooms are not clean, bad smell was there in room. Locality also not so good. Don't go by the pictures which are available at website. Not recommended for family stay. Hotel Manager Naveen too much fraud money taken of three beds and given two beds for three parsons

Zero value for money Would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever! We reached Mahabaleshwar on 7th Jan 2023 morning at 9:30am, we were supposed to reach the place by 6am, however the travel with Garud Travels was not at all good and we reached the destination very late. Even after reaching the place 3hr 30 mins late, we were not able to check-in immediately. During our booking of the tour with Enjoy Tours, the operator informed us that the hotel is newly renovated. Any normal individual would consider newly renovated rooms to contain good walls, clean washrooms, new beds. But the newly renovated rooms of hotel Latanand are just newly plastered rooms without even being painted. The washrooms of the hotel had broken washbasin, and also broken doors. The only good thing about the hotel was that it had good facility for hot water. The room door's latches were broken, some didn’t even have a door to being with. If properly maintained and utilized, the hotel owner can earn huge profits, however the owner does not give a damn of its customers. Behavior – the hotel staff doesn’t know how to treat its customers. on the night of our arrival, the hotel suddenly started to play DJ at loud volume. We were a group of 14 individuals, of which 7 were senior citizens. We had visited Mahabaleshwar for peace, and the hotel had suddenly started playing DJ, at loud volume at that. On questioning why the DJ is being played and why we were not informed, the hotel manager Naveen says “it was a mistake on our behalf that we didn’t question the hotel if they were going to play DJ. We should have had made sure and asked the hotel authorities if they had DJ facility and were going to play DJ at night.” Food – before booking of the hotel with the tour operator, Enjoy Tours, the operator informed us the food served at Hotel Latanand is very good, and he himself is very known with the food served there. Also the hotel serves different variety of cuisines to suit our taste. But on arrival, we had to request the hotel staff members for a simple bread and butter as few of the senior citizens with us were not comfortable with just eating Upma and Poha. Also the food was literally inedible most of the time. We are among those few people who avoid wasting food at all costs. But the food at Latanand hotel was really inedible. There was even a time when we had to eat milk with sevayya (which was actually a sweet dish, half cooked or not cooked at all) and pav for dinner. Most of the other fellow guests also had the same thing at the hotel. All in all regretted booking our travel stay with Hotel Latanand and wasted every single penny.
