I wish there was an option to give minus 5 stars. Be careful of the photos you get to see on online booking portals. They do not match the reality of this place at all. One word for the room is "filthy". Seepage in the walls and ceiling make the room full of disgusting smell and obviously fungus and bacteria house. The beautiful water body shown in the images in front is actually a clogged drain with dirty smelly water causing jumbo mosquitoes infestation and risk of disease. They will not even give 1 complementary water bottle on the first day without charging for it. The parking is on the road opposite to the 'drain' which is not safe at all. Please spend money on a better alternate.

Spacious rooms with a swimming pool and balconies with amazing service. Approx 200m away from Candolim beach surrounded by coconut trees. Definitely a beautiful place to stay if you are looking for stay in Candolim.

It was a super stay with Lazy palm. We stayed with family and it was like our own property. No disturbances from any one. Jitu is the manager and got a very good gesture and well maintained. Pool was very well maintained. Rooms are very big and cleanly maintained. It was a good stay with Lazy Palm Thanks Jitu and owner
