The hotel was very average in general nothing special but the highlight was the charges of a glass we broke during our stay by mistake, they charged us a whopping 413/- more than the food offered in their menu, 413/- just for a single glass!! The view was not even average! There was an abandoned building near by, that was our view. The staff was not courteous at all, apart from the man who cleaned our room! I will definitely not recommend this stay for anyone.

The hotel definitely failed to meet our expectations for the exorbitant price that they charged. If was around 12k for just the two of us for 2 nights including taxes. We didn't like the service as well. We literally carried huge luggages all the way to our room. The staff was kind of arrogant. And the lift was ridiculously small. There was no space even for 2 people. We didn't quite like the location as well. It's a little difficult to access and a little interior from the gate. The only nice thing about the room was the bathtub I guess. Nothing very luxurious about it. Size also was average. The pool was so tiny that 5 people would feel overcrowded. As far as the games are concerned, they only have a carrom board and a pool table which is chargeable. Nothing for kids to enjoy as such incase you're coming with family except for maybe the pool which only one family can use at a time. So, don't get swayed by the exotic name, this is by no means a resort, just an ordinary hotel without a view. All in all I definitely would not recommend this place, you can get much better stays at this price. If you're a South Indian travelling to Lonavala please think twice...there's nothing extraordinary about this place. If you're from somewhere nearby it's still okay but choose a better stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The washroom was even smaller, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the price I paid for such a cramped space was exorbitant; it felt like a rip-off. As if that weren't enough, the swimming pool was shockingly tiny, more like a glorified bathtub than a proper pool. It was impossible to enjoy any sort of swim in there. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its cramped accommodations, high prices, and laughably small pool.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The service from the start to the end was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and respectful. The rooms were huge and very clean. The food was tasty and was made from good quality and fresh ingredients. The pool area was clean as well. The pool could be a lil bigger but it was good and clean as well. Excellent experience

Worst hotel to stay. Extremely unprofessional staffs, so as the General manager of the hotel. Restaurant doesn’t serve food during low occupancy, they say they don’t have enough vegetables to prepare sabz meloni, and the worst part my son broke a glass to which they had charged INR 450 and, upon dispute General Mangaer yogender promised he will refund the same amount within two days however what he did was he blocked our number and did not responded to calls. Poor staffs extremely impolite doesn’t allow families to play and enjoy. Rooms are small and moreover you will not get the service for which you are paying. Extremely rude staffs and Manager. Strictly no for families.
