Tooo Noisy at midnight I am forced to write review at mid night because there is too loud noise because of party in hotel at this time. We have called many times at reception requesting to put off the music, but it is of no avail. There was noise of construction during day and music till late night on both days. The rooms are clean, centrally heated and staff is good. But what is the point of hotel where you can’t have a peace of mind.

We had a lovely stay at the Lemon tree hotel. Service is impeccable here. The staff was so nice, very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is semi-handicap friendly. They have wheelchairs available as well as ramps.. however bathrooms and common restrooms in the restaurant could help more assistance like support bars. Staff was very kind to provide extra assistance though. Rooms are big and clean with ample of light if needed. Bathrooms were clean and big as well. Towels were not spotless though and there went the fifth star in my review. Please please provide clean and stain free towels. The onsite restaurant Citrus was so good. Very beautiful ambiance. It is clean and big. Complimentary breakfast was just delicious and exquisite. Hotel could also pay a little more attention at the safety. Since this hotel has events and a wedding venue, sometimes drunk guests could be unruly. At 3:15-3:30 am someone kept on pressing multiple room doorbells on our floor, don't know if it was a prank (since that person did not call for anyone's name or knock on the door). It could be really unsafe and hotel management needs to take care that these events do not happen in the future. Other than that we had a pleasant and lovely stay... I definitely recommend this place and if and when we decide to come back to Haridwar, I would stay here again.

Its a newly opened property and thus its clean for now and thus it looks nice and clean. Fingers crossed if they will maintain it the same way. I had come for dining and the restaurant is not of the LEMON TREE STANDARDS. Casual staff and local attitude is visible in everything. The menu is not fully available and the staff lacks the right hospitality sense. The food is not always of the best quality and at times it is just luck if it comes out the best. Manager and staff lack right gear to work and overall preparation is also not great and its a local replica of a BRAND called LEMON TREE. You might find rooms new and fancy as it just opened. Local dhaba can still serve better and more value for money.
