Although the hotel is good but Giving this 2 star because the charges they are taking is too much approx 5500 rupees for single occupancy as compared to rooms. Also the food quantity and quality is not up to the mark.

For the money they charge, Lemon tree is a bad option to stay at. The only good thing is its location but there are much better hotels around it. The breakfast spread is quite underwhelming. I asked for juice, they told me that they have run out of oranges. Coffee machine was broken. Bathroom is very small even for the deluxe room (which was like an OYO) for which I paid close to 7k per night. They refused any reimbursement and I felt like I was stuck there against my will for six days. I won't recommend this to anyone. The in-room dining is more expensive than a five star hotel. Please spare yourself and do not stay there.

Everything is very good at Lemom Tree, Lucknow. Food quality is great. Rooms have good space and well maintained. One thing which I have noticed that floor managers should be more alert,humble. I might be wrong.🙏 Housekeeping, room service staff are very good. So,overall a good experience.
