It was nice experience in dinner today, food was amazing, ambience is quite good, just 1 complain regarding pizza, pizza was not cooked properly. service is best but 1 suggestion there, pls improve table size, it was quite small compared to standard size, as table structure touch in leg. And service tax is not compulsory so ask them to remove from the bill. And one more thing, if they say we are full,we don't have table, don't trust, check restaurant, mostly restaurant are empty.

We recently had a baby shower at their hall and it went perfectly. Thankyou for an amazing service. Even the rooms were well maintained. All the guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Hats off to the Chef Rakesh. He was very patient with our requests and served food which left all the guests wanting for more. Manager Dinesh and event planner Manoj also helped us put together the entire event in a short period. 10/10 would recommend their hotel.

Rooms were clean, fresh, bright and spacious. Excellent high pressure shower quality. Everything felt fresh and new and I liked that we could open our room windows to let some fresh air in during winter times when we didn't want AC. However, we were in a road facing room on a higher floor but plenty of traffic noise could be heard inside the room. Breakfast was below average in taste but plenty of variety and that's the only food I tried. Idlis were hard, sambar was sweet as dessert, sandwiches, poha and thepla were dry. Lots of poor quality bakery products like tea cakes and bread. However, it's centrally located on Race Course Road with several food options near by. My car couldn't go into the basement and I didn't want to be parked on the road, so it was parked on the ramp at the entrance. Parking situation is a bit worrying if you are travelling by a luxury car. Staff were polite enough. Overall, good experience for a short stay. Room quality and the central location were the best part. Food quality and taste needs major improvement to get 5/5 rating.
