During my recent visit to Siliguri, I visited Lemon Tree Hotel. I had a wonderful dining experience at their restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant, offering a relaxed setting for a delightful meal. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. The menu had a good variety of dishes, and the food was flavorful, especially their Caesar Salad and the Thai red curry. Overall, it was a satisfying culinary experience complemented by great service.

Overall excellent. Be it front office, room service whatever. I liked the most about the restaurant on the ground floor and the roof top as well and the staff are well behaved, polite and courteous and always ready to help you. Food quality and taste are par excellence. Portion of foods are sumptuous. Enough for two. I am looking forward to stay on my subsequent visit. Room and washroom are spacious, equipped and absolutely clean.

Fantastic ameneties...spacious rooms...very well maintained and professional & helpful staff...Location wise is bit away from crowded part of the city but connectivity with the tourist destinations are convenient...Food quality and breakfast spread is good. Ample parking space may be an add-on for self driven visitors.

The receptionist in lemon tree are very over smart they don't know how to handle guest request but they know to argue very well very disappointed , they say hospitality but I don't see hospitality the so called receptionist is rasing her voice and shouting at the guest her name is Nishu and this is not a joke his front office manager is saying sorry but she is too arrogant. Mr Gm I don't address concern with any reason as I am a hotelier too and I know what the SOP and hotel rules, but I have never seen in my that we can behave like this with our guests.

Very bad food. Only coloured masala. No taste. Ordered chicken tandoori which was very hard to chew, prawn was raw, they served it without frying in the masala, fish curry was given in already old cooked massala. Inspite of instruction to make it fresh homestyle, they gave it in deep colourful tasteless masalla. And the staff kept disturbing overnight explaining their sop for food.
