This is my first visit to Levels Resort and the experience was amazing. From the delicious food to the friendly staff and welcoming receptionist (Mr. Balwant Singh), it appears to have left a positive impression. Mr. Balwant Singh was really kind and helpful. Overall, Levels Resort provided an enjoyable and memorable experience during my stay. Will definitely visit again in the future, for sure. :) :D

Booking was for 22nd July at 12pm. Room alloted at 1.30 pm😐. Absolute a big time waiting faced in life at any hotel. Welcome drink is a different thing nobody offered a glass of water too. We booked room through MMT of garden view and room was alloted without garden. When we asked their response was it was not uploaded by them and if we want to upgrade I need to pay 1k extra🥲.. believe my guys i gave him what he deserves at that time verbally. We paid 3k for room have uploaded some pictures here no handwash there and some 1rs vatika shampoo is there. Bedsheet stinks. Don't fall for their lake or garden view. Note :- if you are in deep sleep they won't hesitate to keep on knocking door instead of calling on landline. Counter handler is an uneducated local guy. Zero professionalism.
