Staying at a aesthetic hotel was a sublime experience. Impeccable service, plush accommodations, and the cleanliness combined for an unforgettable stay. The staff's attention to detail, from aesthetic rooms to the maintenance , made me feel like royalty. It was a truly indulgent and memorable escape.

Staff- rude (3/10) Service- unsatisfactory (1/10) mattress- 100rs. foam is far better than those mattresses (-100/10) Food- (3/10) They don't give you coffee n tea sachet. Also, they serve 1 water bottle in two guest. in other hotels, they give you 1 bottle per guest. Never recommend to my enemy Overall my 2 days experience wasn't less than a nightmare.

Imagine coming from a long journey just to have a really obnoxious receptionist tell you that you cannot check in because you are two people of different religions!! (They haven’t mentioned it anywhere in their policy, to be clear, as of the date I am writing this) My friend and I were coming for a business meet in Dehradun and this hotel turned the whole day into a nightmare. If you are a couple travelling to Dehradun..even if you are of the same religion please steer clear of this nonsensical hotel because trust me when I say they will judge you like it’s their whole business!!! Thankfully for me MakeMyTrip promptly arranged another upgraded room for me at a nearby hotel. But the experience of this hotel and especially that receptionist was nothing less than traumatizing!
