Not worth the money. The pics of the place must have been taken when they opened. At present there are pubs and other resorts that have come up that cuts the view to the beach. The place was under renovation when we stayed at the resort. The restaurant area was not accessible during the day, a lot of work was being completed. We did'nt get the feeling of staying in a beach resort. The breakfast was served in an open area, where we had a lot of crows accompanying us. In fact one swung by and ate out of my son's plate. Also lately a lot of pubs have opened up nearby who play music so loud that you can feel the vibrations in your room. Definitely not a place for one who wants to enjoy the beach and relax on a holiday.

The staff , room and the location are just perfect. It's very family friendly specially if you have small kids they took care really well when it comes to the food. It's situated at the perfect location where there is less crowd and the beach is clean and less crowded too.Only issue is that construction is still going on in the restuarant which should be ready in a week and Antisocial keeps playing loud music even after 11 PM at night which can be a slight disturbance

Everything was excellent. Food was overpriced. Location was good. We took ocean view room. But we have little view of ocean. Staff was very nice. We requested to check if we have the room for choosing. They showed us the available options. Rooms looked premium. Small swimming pool is also there. Kids can enjoy the pool area. They are planning to open the club soon.

Having visited the Living Room Beach Resort in Morjim a few years ago, I was enamored by its vibrant atmosphere, great food, lively crowd, and excellent rooms. It was undoubtedly the most happening place on that beach, boasting a perfect blend of good music and top-notch hospitality from the staff. Returning recently, however, marked a stark contrast to my previous experience. The resort is currently undergoing extensive construction work, resulting in a cacophony of noise that significantly detracts from the once-pleasant ambiance. The restaurant, now outsourced, seems almost deserted and operates primarily during breakfast hours, leaving patrons with limited dining options. The lively crowd and pulsating music that used to define the resort's charm are conspicuously absent, transforming it into a quiet and somewhat desolate environment. Moreover, the rooms, which were previously well-maintained, now show signs of neglect. During my stay, I encountered maintenance issues in the washroom, prompting the need to use facilities in another room. While the hotel staff were accommodating in this regard, it underscored the declining standards compared to my earlier visit. In essence, the Living Room Beach Resort has undergone a notable decline in its overall appeal. The ongoing construction, diminished dining options, and lack of vibrant atmosphere have resulted in a far cry from the dynamic and enjoyable experience I had previously enjoyed at this beachfront haven.

The rooms are of decent size. It lacks when somebody lives on the upper deck rooms, when they move around there’s continuous creaking sound. There was a stinking smell in the washrooms - the showers great. They don’t have their cage operational so it’s all green curtains and black masking everywhere. Left side, right side is construction sites and not empty, as shown as in the hotel pictures. Antisocial is a club and the music goes on overnight, it’s also neighbouring to the property. Overall 2/10 considering the prices. We paid approx. 6,000 (without bfast) You might want to check out Mandrem beach, it’s more lively.
