Really very bad experience in hotel… As usual room is condition is same like last in 2018 or 2019… Nothing new inside the room and Breakfast is also not good and Hot water supply is not available in the room… you people increase your room tariff but service you providing of last tariff which is Rs.1600/ day

Pathetic rooms and needs a complete overhaul. Leaking tap, showers, worn out mattresses, fractured walls, they even have a country code list for isd calling in their food menu (taking you back to 1980). Since the entire checkin I waited for hot water in my room, changed two other rooms and yet there is no hot water.tried to explain to the management that hot water is intermittent to an extent that it turns cold within a few minutes but to no avail. The staff tries to help as much but with such a pathetic infrastructure they are bound to get a sounding or a two from the guest. The management of lords should really look into this
