The staff is not trained properly. We had an incident with the staff, where the staff just entered the washroom without knocking, and guests were in a compromising condition. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize, even his manager didn’t apologize for this incident. The washroom also didn’t have locks. The rooms were not clean and not ready for check in. We had to switch rooms twice and even then our room’s washroom had some issues like there was no water and we had to wait 45 minutes to get everything fixed in the final room. The refrigerator wasn’t working as well. I would not recommend staying at this place. I also want to mention the service I extremely slow as well.

They have different types of rooms so you can have a nice stay at there. The room services they provide are excellent. You can use their banquet hall to have any type of parties. This place is must visit if you are fan of good quality food. They are also serving Gujarati thali. Only thing is that the price of everything they serve are quite costly.

Stay at lords is a wonderful experience. We are in a MA P plan. The food served was delicious and presented beautifully. The staff here and the ambience is really worth mentioning. A special mention of Ramjan fr his warm welcome.
