I don’t want to downgrade rating of otherwise a very good hotel but I just found the persons taking food order were a bit rude. Asking about portion of food that comes isn’t that troubling. The rooms were comfortable (very huge indeed) and parking space available too. Not that the hotel can do anything about it, but there’s lot of dust due to road construction and ceramic companies in vicinity.

Very lethargic staff. Went specifically a night before to clear my bills they were just chit chatting and said will do it in morning. When I morning asked them to apply my 15% discount the Ali guy become aggressive like why you asking for it. They didn't even gave me bills for my walk in date and deducted GST for it. Very bad experience

Best hotel in Morbi, food was awesome!! Specious rooms, nicely built infra.. but only thing I have given four star to location is little far from the city.. otherwise everything was fine & room terrif also justified as per the services available.. so I would definitely recommend to stay..

This hotel is situated right in the heart of industrial area, accessible to many tile industries. Starting with ambience of hotel room, no complaints and room service guy is too polite and offered good service and I need to mention the guy at reception named Siva is too humble and obedient, never said no to anything. There only one drawback, morning breakfast and rest of the menu is good. To sum up , my stay here is pleasant and worthwhile.
