Staff need to behave like professionaly sound. I face very bad with the canteen staff, I was stayed there , went for breakfast but staff there available was not professionally trained. I request many time for a servic but not listening showing arrogant. i was sitting and waiting 45 minutes in idle condition. When I complaint to Kamal manager then I get the service. This is embracing for me. Hotel management should evaluate and trained them properly. Overall service by your staff is poor. Therefore I am giving one star . Thanks,

We had a night’s stay here and it was a good experience. The hotel is located just beside the Porbandar Beach and provides a view of Porbandar Port too. You get to savour sunrise and sunset views from your sea view rooms. Rooms were large, tidy, hygienic and had all the essential one looks for. They even had a minibar and snacks bar facility in their rooms, which so far in my Gujarat Trip, no one offered so that sets them a class apart. We took an evening walk beside the beach and enjoyed its cool breeze. Food was good as well. Good meal options both on their al a carte and complimentary menu. The restaurant had a sea view too. They might just need to enhance the speed of their service when the footfall at the hotel increases as it seemed slightly slow during checkin, checkout, restaurant services. Further, probably the area behind restaurant may not be hotel’s property but it can be cleaned up and maintained to an extent by planting some herbs and shrubs. It will enhance the hotel’s back view. They even had a parking space and building property was large and spacious. Overall we had a nice time.

Good hotel but does not match the mark. Reception area is not so attractive. Rooms are good but service is also not satisfactory, you have to call multiple times to get any service.

Been here a few days and the hotel is clean. Whilst it's basic by my standards of being a British, it's one of the best you will get here in Porbandar. The staff have all been exceptional from the door person, the receptionists and the staff in the Corriander restaurant. I have made several requests with the restaurant and the staff member Alifa has always been the one to serve me and see to my needs. Few requests made with reception mainly with Shahnawaz which have all been met and communications with him before arriving were excellent from arranging taxi to rooms etc. I would most definitely stay here again if I came. There has been 2 door persons (unfortunately I hadn't taken note of their names) that have gone beyond the basic help in helping with arranging rickshaw, places to eat and help with the elderly in our party of 4. The hotel has the beach front and our room was seaview facing. The air-con didn't work but we made do as there was fans. All in all, no real complaints with any aspect of the hotel and it's been a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff.
