Extremely poor service with burnt and worms inside the electric kettle and open tea bags. Washroom with leaking pipes and empty soap container. Swimming pool in not usable condition. Only positive is the good cook thanks to him that we could eat.

The food quality was too good, everything was provided on time like breakfast, lunch, dinner and hi-tea. Cleanliness and hygiene was also good, staff is very supportive and cooperative. I recommended to visit this place.

Great room and vicinity to Nalsarovar. Food is average. Service could be better if there are more people employed. The pool is poorly managed

We had arrived early by train for our Nalasarovar trip. We requested for a room so that we could freshen up. We were told to come back at 12pm as our booking was for that day and the check in time was 12pm. And were told to freshen up in the common bathroom. The bathrooms were quite filthy. What pissed me off was the attitude of the manager there, an oversized guy. He was very rude, he could have been polite. Rather he was quite pompous about it. Also the loud DJ playing in the background pissed me off.
