The worst and stingy people at PLANT BARBEQUE. Me and my team went for lunch yesterday(16/01/2024) as planned for buffet. The starter was not repeated, chicken was not good and fish was smelling bad,the service was the worst ever. They just reached us as if he is giving the food for free and when we ask some more they feel stingy to provide or they say they are preparing and just do not come back to the table. The AC was not fine as it goes low all time. I was there from. 12.30 to 3 pm yesterday and the worst food I have ever had. The biryani was the worst, full of oil and unable to taste it one spoon. As you people are in the main space near main road, try to improve service and treat a customer atleast 1 percent from the behaviour of serving. Virundhombal is a legendary word ,try not to spoil it as we pay and eat your useless food. Never choose them until they behave to treat customer in the right way. Even not worth to provide one star. By the way no welcome drink provided and the sofa and chair was really worst feeling to sit comfortable with plates to have food.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The room size was impressive, providing ample space for comfort. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of continental and local options to start the day. The hotel is within a one minute walkable distance to the Ganga Hospital. For those wanting to visit the hospital, this hotel would be an excellent choice given its close proximity. However, the internet speed was just average, causing a minor inconvenience during my stay. The TV size in the room seemed inadequate for a 4-star hotel, and the limited channel selection, consisting mainly of free channels, left something to be desired. On the positive side, the hotel offers plenty of parking outside, which is convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, a stay with both pros and cons.

Rooms are dirty not fresh ,Food served at the restaurant are non vegetarian they cheat people mentioning the food are vegetarian Dosa and egg pan cake are served in same tawa and oils and utensils are same ,Same goes inside the kitchen.Un happy with over all services.

One of the worst properties I have visited in the city. They have a big facade but the rooms are dusty. Badly maintained rooms. Water clogging in the bathrooms. So if you have allergies please avoid this property. My brother got a bad allergy after staying here for one night. The staff has no knowledge of whats happening in the property giving incorrect information. The items in the order missing for from the dinner I ordered. When called at the reception at night no response. Had to give up and order from zomato at mid night. When informed during billing the hotel manager spoke so damn rudely like I am asking for petty money to be removed. They did not accept their mistake. There is this old man who I believe is there manager worst person I have met in hospitality. There is hardly anyone available in nights if you need anything. You would need to call multiple times to get hold of someone. Never again is what I have decided and if you are looking for a good stay and create good memories this property is not it.
