Stayed at MK Hotel for one night - overall quite a bad experience. Upon entering, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Dirty bedding and towels, new “fresh” towels provided by the staff were of very poor quality. The bathroom sink was not fully functional, water was standing and not draining out while using. The toilet was dirty also. To top it all off, there were cigarette butts lying in the washroom. The room was full of dusty surfaces, including table tops, linens, floors and even furniture. The furniture was also covered in food leftovers from previous guests staying. When asked to correct the issues, we were told by the receptionist that “you should’ve checked how the room was when you entered.” As travelling guests, my family and I had a very substandard experience at a place which is lauded as a four star establishment.

staff very unsupportive lots of noise at night no communication about party throughout the night and room was situated above the party area and not slept throughout the night. Stay for less than 6 hours wanted to rest before our flight never stay or recommend this place on check out the staff at reception were not apologetic at all dirty cups and no coffee requested these to be place 3 times which ran into our sleep time waiting for staff to provide me with a simple request which took hours to do and still ended up with no coffee WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

I booked it for a night stay. There were parties going on in the hotel.The staff didn’t attend me properly at the reception they were busy with parties. I got the room after a long wait. The room was filthy and bed sheets had hair spread on them. The noise from the party was crazy. I left in middle of night. Worst hotel experience ever.
