I visited the AC bar with friends, and being a non-drinker, I can't comment on the beverage quality. However, the meal was satisfying, and the customer service and executive bar ambiance were excellent. The ample parking space, coupled with commendable parking assistance from the security staff, added to the positive experience. Nonetheless, the absence of a smoking room is a significant drawback, and for this reason alone, I am awarding this hotel only three stars.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They gave toiletries and basic facilities like iron and locker. Location is also good. Restaurant service is time taking and food taste is average. Everything was superb in the hotel except the behaviour of chef and waiter in restaurant. They used to mock at us as we were the only north indian people there, i noticed their behaviour twice in my stay. First at dinner time and second at breakfast time. I didn’t expect such behaviour from kerela people at all, even he gave us food as per his choice only. Whenever we asked something he said not available and serve local people there even after time was over. You can book property without any hassle but make sure not to book any meal from their restaurant specially when you are coming from other state except kerela.

Good Location on the main road Kottiyam. Horrible experience. Confirmed 2 suite rooms with Vishak 10 days before arrival. 2 days before confirmed time of arrival. On the day we arrived, suite rooms have been given to someone else for a higher price. Gave us 2 double rooms. AC not working in both. One AC conked off again in the night. Had to change rooms again. Breakfast included with room tariff. But no buffet. Ala carte .. Took around 30 mins for Bread and Omlette and Coffee. Sad story. Wish the management was better.
