Spacious valley view rooms, nice location and the staff was good however service could be better considering the brand image. Housekeeping should ensure that water bottles are placed in rooms before the guest enters the room. Kettle was very dirty and Wifi passwords expired before time. There was no proper ventilation in the washroom.

Stay at this property at your own risk. Air conditioner doesn't work in rooms. Rooms are shabby and badly kept. Service is too slow. Extremely poor hotel. The price that you are paying for this property will get you better hotels. I am writing this review while I am still in this property. The wifi passwords are not given on time and you have to keep on requesting them. When you go down for breakfast, suddenly the staff at the restaurant inform you that there is no buffet and you have order ala carte whereas they have claimed a big breakfast spread and buffet to be served for breakfast and also had taken a hefty sum for the same. Don't book this property.

Hello, this hotel where me and my fellow classmates have visited this place for a vacation. We were astonished to see the view outside but the only concerning thing is the food. I would not prefer the food at this hotel and some specific rooms are nice not all. The staff is very good, Vivek bhai in the hotel was very friendly and took care of us very well. Overall I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel ~ Meridian school

Rooms, bathrooms are extremely dirty. When they handover the room to you the linens are not changed… yes you may have to sleep on used linens with stains on the sheet & even mattress. Glass in the balcony door was also very dirty…. Touched a zillion times. Food prices match a 4 or 5 star property but quantity is very poor and it will take forever to get your order. Overall pathetic experience!! I would prefer staying in not a renowned name but a hygienic hotel. Home stays are better than this hotel…..🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ God knows people who hv given 3,4,5 stars what did they see in this shabby property… maybe Fake Reviews. Guard will escort you to your room they don’t even have room service staff for it. TV is desktop monitor size.

Unlike sarovar portico, it is in worst condition, telecom in room didnt work, maintenance wasted more than 1 hour but couldnt fix it, toilet has cracked basin and black fungus on the corners along the lines, spider was in the room. Even the corridoor panels were not covered along the pathways. It just brought down the portico name for me. I need to rethink before booking any other portico. The first floor common toilet is worst than a sulabh. Pathetic experience.
