Magnum resorts serving good service. Rooms and food was too good. Hygiene and safety well maintained. Staff was also good and polite. Special thanks to guest realtion manager Mr.manoj for taking care of our stay. It was pleasant and guiding us for Goa trip. We recommended this resort to stay as this is very nice place to stay.

Room is also very good,swimming pool is also clean and good. Environment is good. In Restaurant, service is very good and hygiene, receiving response from the people- Alam, Shubham,Saurav,Manager of Restaurant is amazing and they are sweet.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff was professional and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel's facilities, including restaurant, were excellent. I would gladly stay here again. Looking best stay in the middle of the heart of goa Magnum is best with affordable rates. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank for great Hospitality.

Pathetic Stay with zero services 1. When we arrived at 12.30 am and we asked for parking- there was no parking available and we were asked to park 200metres away somewhere on road at our risk. 2. There was no extra water bottles available with them when we asked for it. 3. No milk available as the kitchen is till 11pm 4. We files a complaint in makemytrip at 1am, but nothing happened and hotel said booking was not refundable. 5. We were even denied milk for our infant baby stating that u need to feed them here while breakfast timing, such a shame for this kinda people. 6. Even the milk quality was compromised with water. 7. During complaint filing we tried to reach reservation manager- Miss Naina since 9.30 am in morning but she didn’t show up the whole day and she called up at 9.30 pm and tried to give excuses. 8. No valley services were available at 7pm- we were asked to wait to get our car for 1 hour. 9. And when we came back- the guard didn’t show up for 10minutes and we were waiting on the road to take turn in there parking, as there wad two wheeler parked in middle. 10. No extra key wad provided even after asking thrice, we forget our key inside and we were waiting like outside our room for 10-15mins. 11. Never ever book this hotel in busy season as they don’t have resources to handle people during busy seasons. 12. We had booking in junior suite which was on 1st floor- which was never mentioned on MMT and also there was no lift- which reservation manager said- lift nai hai toh aapko samjna chahiye na room kahin bi mil sakta hai, assumed hai na. 13. We spend like 32,000 for 4 days, and we asked them daily to cancel this and partially refund us but they denied again and again, this property is not worth even 3,000 per day. 14. Swimming pool water was so dirty that it had a lot of dust in it even in the children pool- seems they don’t change the water every day.- very unhygienic. 15. Better option is to book some 5star like Hard rock and we can easily stay away from this kind of stuff.
