Worst experience ever. Disappointing stay. The rooms were smelly with dirty bedsheets, and the staff was rude. Misleading about breakfast inclusion, then charged extra. When I wanted to cancel, they demanded the full amount. Avoid this hotel for a better experience elsewhere."

Terrible service experience with Mr. Harshad Pandit of Magus Suites Had heard some good reviews about this hotel so wanted to book rooms for a large number of guests staying coming into town for a family function. For this purpose we had been communicating with Mr. Harshad Pandit at the Magus Suites. But the service experience provided by Mr. Pandit is the worst I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, this gentleman displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their communication skills were abysmal, as they consistently responded to our inquiries with a dismissive and rude tone. It was clear that they had no interest in providing quality customer service. Not only did the manager fail to address our concerns adequately, but they also seemed completely indifferent to the fact that their behaviour was driving away a paying customer. We felt ignored and disrespected throughout the entire interaction. Strongly advise anyone considering a stay at the Magnus Visit Suites and think twice before booking. Please note: We DID NOT go ahead with booking any rooms at the Magnus Suites due to the less than satisfactory service in the preliminary conversations.

Extremely unprofessional service. Not at all customer friendly. The rooms are not like shown in the images of websites like MyTrip etc. Bathroom windows are broken, room curtains did not fit. The manager is extremely rude and indecent. I will not recommend anyone to stay here, there are many other better options available.
