Extremely bad experience at this hotel! Except the outside look of the hotel and its palace like look, there is absolutely nothing good in this hotel. The staff doesn't respond on time, the quality of food is pathetic, the service is absolutely not what you would expect in a hotel which claims to be a 3-star hotel. Further, the rooms are extremely unclean, you may find spiders crawling with you while you are asleep. The bathrooms do not drain. Overall, if you are spending so much money on a hotel room, better book it somewhere else and not here!

We had very bad experience with this hotel. Very dirty hotel room, dinners location, food is so cold like it was yesterday prepied. no internet services.manager was very rude. Food was cold and was not good. Don’t waste your money and time by coming to this hotel.

We had very bad experience with this hotel.no internet services. No hot water. Had to wait for 1 and half hour for hot water in the morning and night time. When you reach front disk for help they just cut off your phone.manager was very rude. Food was cold and was not good. Don’t waste your money and time by coming to this hotel.

Despite of booking a room rent of INR 7200+ for a night, there was nothing in terms of services like water, Tea kit , kettle. Literally had to beg for these. Also, Since there was complementary Breakfast plan included in the booking through Cleartrip, they refused for the Breakfast twice. It was offered when I called Cleartrip. Very arrogant and unprofessional staff. Management should look into it.
