The room were verry bad as aspected and the cheif dont now how to cook ,our mothers were telling how to cook, neverr come in this resort and there written it is spa here but no spa there,gym was dirty and no gym accessories were available . No constant electricity was there

Food here was worst. The rooms was not cleaned .The service here was not good . They have no manners at all. We hve came to here from long journey we said them to first we will take lunch and then we will give your payment but the not agree to that and force us to give payment . Wifi is not working.

Worst resort ever witnessed. I booked the hotel for 2 days but after seeing the damaged property just stayed there for 1day. There is no electricity, seepage in all the rooms, no tv and ac working, insects and cockroach all around. The person Raman Goyal who claim himself to be the owner is least bothered for his guests. He only operates on call. There is no maintenance at all, the property is totally damaged. Only 4 workers in whole property who are everything there - chef, manager, guard, electrician, house keeping everything. There are lot more properties nearby which are perfectly maintained. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel now.

The worst resort I have experienced till now I was there for 2 days with my 2 month child No electricity was there at night for around 4-5 hours We used to sleep without fan and light Even in the day time 70% there was no electricity, we used to sit without AC There was response from the manager at night even after multiple calls I was not able to boil water for my child as there was no electricity, my baby was crying for the milk.. after 5-7 calls manager picked up the call I told him to open the kitchen and told him that my child is crying for milk please give me the boiled water , he denied and told me the kitchen will not open before 7am in the morning Next day I called the upper authority for the complaint, the lady was really rude and u can’t image what she said “Aap jungle mein ae ho to light ki koi guarantee nhi hoti its not our fault” Like seriously people come to relax here and what they get sleepless nights.
