Our stay at the resort was thoroughly enjoyable owing to the hospitality and communication of the staff. The Asst Manager was so patient with all our queries, starting from booking of rooms and safaris to our concerns about food and travel. They were super helpful throughout the stay, ensuring we were well fed, well hydrated, and comfortable. The place is kept extremely clean, safe and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful, with animals visiting as a precursor to the safaris. They've been very supportive of our adventures, packed (thoughtfully) us food for our safaris (brownie points to the attention to detail with the packing). The food was delicious and everyone at the resort were truly supportive of ensuring we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

An excellent place to stay if you plan for Tiger safari at Pench. The rooms, surroundings and facilities are excellent. The food is superb. The staff is courteous and helping. A camp fire is set complimentary that we enjoyed a lot. (winter time)...they also have bicycles to go around... Our safari was in morning in winter time... So they provided us blankets for protection against cold, packed breakfast for us...and not only that, but they also packed glass plated, spoons, tissues, tea/coffee.... We thus really enjoyed our breakfast in jungle...

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this resort property, and I must say, the service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. I want to give a special shoutout to Harash, the F&B captain. He's not only extremely talented and hardworking but also an amazing singer! It was such a treat to listen to him perform. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was finger-licking good! Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. However, I do have a couple of areas that could use improvement. The rooms were in need of maintenance, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the location of the property wasn't as ideal as I had hoped. The road leading to the property could be better. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a great overall experience. The exceptional service, amazing food, and Harash's talent definitely made up for it. If the property can address the room maintenance and improve the location, it would be even better. I hope this review captures my experience accurately. 😊🌴🍽️

We stayed here for 3 nights, must say, the stay was worth it. Mr Sharad Tiwari the management person was very kind, polite, and helped us with all arrangements whatever we required. Food was the best part here. Did not expect it to be this great. It was excellent. Also Mr harsh and Mr Vicky were soo helpful and caring. Must visit it's a great value for money. Over and above, we had a chance to see tigers in all the safaris which made it a little extra memorable, .
