Our recent stay at Maitreya was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking for two nights, we were greeted with rooms that hadn't been cleaned at all. When we approached the managers, Mr. Abhishek and Alex, about the issue, they callously brushed off our concerns, citing limited staff as an excuse. The attitude of the staff was not only unhelpful but downright arrogant. It's evident that there's a severe lack of management and proper training in place. Additionally, Maitreya boasts its own restaurant, yet when we attempted to dine there, we were shockingly turned away, being told they were too busy to accommodate us and advised to seek food elsewhere. The overall lack of room cleanliness, inexperienced staff, and mismanagement made our stay one of the worst experiences of our lives. If you're seeking comfort and a good experience, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Maitreya falls far short of even the most basic hospitality standards....

Parking is little compact but the staff is very cooperative regarding that. Rooms are good and clean.Washrooms are also clean. Hot water facility is provided in specific timings in morning and evening. Overall the property is good and well maintained. The beach is around 10 mins distance from the resort. They have a in house restaurant where the food is quite good but a bit expensive.Ukdiche modak and egg biryani is a must try in my opinion. Staff is very good and polite.

Pros: 1) They have in-house restaurant and food is good 2) Location is good, between the beach and the ganesh ji temple on one of the main road Cons: 1) Parking is a concern, we have to hand over the keys to them and they will keep moving our car in and out, my car got scratch because of it 2) Limited timing for Hot water in the morning and evening, kind of restriction for us 3) Found the premise little congested to move or walk with cars parked inside 4) The intercom phone in our room was dead and found difficult to reach out to the reception, has to use my mobile everytime to connect one of them and on one occasion they were not picking at all 5) Ordered Tea and Milk at our room, They bring it without covering the cups with any cover or they don't have any such cover 6) Asked for Tea at around 4:30 PM at room on one occasion and they said Tea will be available after 5:30PM
