First of all, I want to express my gratitude for the early check-in. Despite my early arrival at the hotel at 3.30 am, they were quick to offer me a room. I enjoyed kindness shown by Manali Grand. During my three days there, I had an amazing time all around. I chose a premium room, which was fairly decent and had a great view of the outside. Not only was the room service excellent, but I also really liked the cuisine and the two servers. What a wonderful job they both performed. They gave us excellent service and took fantastic care of us. Excellent hotel for a stay, with outstanding hotel administration. They helped from the moment we arrived until we left. I can confidently suggest this hotel to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Manali Grand. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. One of the great location to stay in Manali. We stayed in Premium Room at this hotel and view from the room was so beautiful. The room was clean & very comfortable that made our stay enjoyable. Entrance and reception area was good. Food was also good here.
