The room I was assigned had a musty odor, and the bathroom showed signs of mold and mildew in the corners.Housekeeping was also a major issue. My room wasn't properly cleaned during my stay, my colleague's room was stinking too. The bed linens didn't appear to have been changed either.The lack of cleanliness had a significant impact on my overall experience, and it's clear that the hotel was not maintaining acceptable hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel to others until they address these cleanliness issues. I had issues with billing too. We had 3 rooms booked under 1 name and they refused to do single billing.

Stayed overnight with family during a transit. Decent place and good rooms with complimentary breakfast. Reduced the rating for Service mainly because we asked for extra bed while booking and also in our subsequent calls . When we checked in they did not keep one for us despite multiple reminders even on the day we checked in. After an argument they gave a bed which was in poor condition and so not used but they charged for that.

Poor House keeping and poor reception too very lazy people in reception not responding for any services.No service team is available to maintain services to hotel guests.Daily lelins are not changed in room and smell dirty. Management has to look into as this is business which cannot be sustained if services are poor and not satisfied to customer.
