Last time I stay in this hotel food and service are not 5star range.foods was average and below average . But I ordered one chicken salad with less spicy,and also received a salad after I tasted the salad it was totally out of the world. The salad was tasty and what I expected that thing I got, with simple garnish. I asked to the waiter "who make the salad" he said the chef name Muthu chef . thanks for the salad and" chef Muthu" .🤗

We booked a room for family of 4 just because this is a Sarovar property. The building is good and rooms are decent. Staff is largely indifferent. Food is average. They have a banquet hall in the same building ground floor. During our stay, some function was going on and we were forced to be awake till late into night as loud music from that function hall is coming inside the room. Also, basic issues like inadequate number of towels and water bottles, bad patches of paint on walls and indifferent attitude from staff is an issue. We had pre-booked an extra bed but it took multiple calls and 2 hours for the bed to be setup. No one from the staff takes you seriously. r This is definitely not a property worth to be under Sarovar brand. For the tariff they are demanding, this is a poor experience.

I just checked out of the manjeera sarovar hotel in rajahmundry and decided to review it while its fresh in my mind. 1. Check-in process was very delayed - I had reserved 3 rooms for my family, but the guys at the front desk seem very confused and overwhelmed about what they are doing. Even at the time of checking out, one of the rooms could not access the wifi because the hotel hadn't activated it yet for that room. 2. We booked non-smoking rooms but the rooms that we have been provided on the 3rd floor reeks of cigarette smoke and so does the entire floor. 3. The bathrooms were old and dingy - they did not even provide hand towels. The toilet paper roll had no paper and they did not even care to replace it before getting the room ready. The toilet water sprayer did not work either. 4. Extremely slow service - this is consistent at both the restaurant as well as the hotel. At the restaurant, none of the waiters seemed to care that our table existed - the service was non existent and we constantly had to call them from afar to get their attention. One of the other customers got so upset that there were loud arguments going on between the staff and the customer. The breakfast was also pretty average - none of the food items were hot. They seemed understaffed as well - there were only about 2-3 guys doing all the work which was highly inefficient. 5. Room Service - Horrible. My wife asked for an extra pillow for my son at 10 PM. As of 10.30 PM, we did not get the pillow so I called back and reminded them. At 10.45 PM my wife called again since we hadn't received it yet, and they promised to deliver it in 2 minutes. At 10.55 PM my wife called them again and insisted that she be on the line until we got the pillow and we finally got it two minutes later. I wish I could go back in time and not stay here at all, but I am relieved that it was only one night and am glad now that its over. Do not stay here - find some other hotel.
