Very poorly maintained hotel rooms. No toiletries provided. The bathrooms are a disaster. The door is above floor level at a height of two steps and aged people cannot get in easily. Also the doors are short so tall people will bump their heads while getting out. Even after changing rooms, the other ones had the same issue. No hot water. No parking space. Have to find a spot somewhere else if parking outside on the street is full.

The young adult men working in the front office displayed unacceptable behavior. During the night, they would visit each floor and engage in irresponsible actions towards the guests.Other Employees are good one and good behaviour.

Unprofessional service. Mild warm water, not at all hot water was available (while booking they mentioned 24 hours hot water). We had to ask for soap and towel, and there was no dustbin in one of our room. Staff was unprofessional. There is no parking basement, we have park on footpath side. Room is not good as you see online, sub standard rooms. Waste of money.
