Tucked away in the Himalayan mountains, this resort is a peaceful oasis of luxury. This resort is an idyllic haven offering luxurious accommodations and a perfect setting for destination events. The genuine warmth, attention to detail and hospitable nature of the staff create a welcoming ambiance, making it feel like a second home. With stunning mountain views all around, staying here feels like experiencing nature's beauty while enjoying top-notch service. It was an unforgettable experience and would recommend it to everyone for the events, luxurious stay, and most amazing food.

This is an amazing hotel. Food is a little expensive but the quality of food is awesome. On average, a dinner for 2 would cost around 1500. The staff are friendly and we had a very good experience. The only downside is that it's 18 km away from Mall Road.

The staff behaviour is polite only till you pay for the room and after that they are against your pets presence anywhere in the hotel. They want you to be locked in the room with your pet and they behave rudely with you for everything. SPA services are not working, manager is not available mostly and the best part is they told us not to sit on the open terrace resturant also.

The hotel is just above average. The washroom's flush doesn't work properly. I had to use bucket to flush. The buffet didn't have a gr8 variety, they had just 2-3 dishes, but even the food wasn't tasty, the sambhar was too tangy, omelette didn't have salt. Our sofa cum bed was broken. Also it became very difficult to find the light switch (as it was located behind the tv and they didn't even mention it). The hotel has some flaws but otherwise it was gr8. Staff was polite, patient and we loved it
