Excellent location, greenery around the room is pleasing to watch, we spent lot of time in front of the room relaxing on the sunbed. It has attached restaurant, food is decent but nothing that stands out, you can try many cafes nearby in Agonda. Rooms are decent, but not luxurious.

It's my 5th visit in the last 7-8 years to this property. Before COVID it used to be much more happening place but now they have cut down on a lot of things. Earlier they had musical instruments and a small library in the restaurant. Also, on the special nights they had some live music, food counters etc. Now everything is gone. The restaurant needs renovation. Still it's one of the best properties in Agonda. Perfect location!! You open the door and you're on the beautiful Agonda beach. Very courteous staff. If you're looking for luxury, then it may not be the choice. It has a raw natural feel in the property. Still, the bath area in the room could be a bit better. The restaurant has amazing food quality and taste. You can order anything at any given time as long as the kitchen is open. If you're taking your car, then - The approach road to this property is narrow. Also their parking area is under coconut trees. Although they do take care of it but if you love your car then you always think about if coconut falls on your car. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely look forward to coming next year as well.

Great restaurant. I have eaten here 3 days in a row, I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant. I have loved everything I have put into my mouth that has come out of the kitchen. A must try!!! The beach views are wonderful here as you eat sitting on the sand, I recommend talking your shoes off for the best experience.

Rooms and location is good but the problem is with their support. I specially checked with them that we are running late can we do checkin, they said you can reach any time we are available 24 hours. When we reached early morning 5.30 am no body picked our call.. We were with small kid 3.5 yrs old.....till 7.30am we just sat in the car only. They have kept their mobiles phone switched off and nobody was on reception. We suffered a lot due to them, we couldn't go to any washrooms due to bulls outside. My son was hungry and we were badly tired after such a long travel but these people didn't receive any call.. No support.
