Mariton Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing ample comfort throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the staff's genuine curiosity to ensure a pleasant experience was impressive. The value for money was definitely worth it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I had taken dinner in crystal restaurant Restaurant Manager Ranjeet provide good service .

The Mariton Hotel can be a great place for a staycation and it has all the luxuries a genuine hotel offers. I'd like to elaborate more on the things I liked and didn't respectively. Things I liked: The hotel rooms are spacious and as comfortable as they could get. The beds are a bit small but perfect for two people. I am glad I found the mattress to be comfortable to sleep and they were not those bouncy ones you can't even take a nap on. They provide you with all that you require and the room service and housekeeping is up to date. The staff is sweet and cooperative too. The room was top notch and clean when we arrived. They also have a good security system and also provide you with any help you want regarding your room. The bathroom was very clean and provide you with toilet paper, a comb, soap, shower gel, a lotion, a hairdryer and lots of towels. They also have a study table and a two or three chairs, a sofa and a tv available in their rooms. The pool in the hotel is definitely a fun place to be as it's a huge one. They have a nice waterfall system, is kid friendly as it's not too deep and the pool area is quite spacious. It could have been a lot better if the music system at the place was working while we were there. But if it's working when you are there, you can definitely have a great pool party there. Things I didn't like: I am sorry to say but the food in the restaurant is really really bad. Like I am not even trying to exaggerate. They really need to work on their food department. I had in total three meals at the place and the food offered in lunch was overcooked or undercooked. Some things didn't taste well and some things were old. The funny thing is, at dinner, they served the same salad and some snacks they served at lunch but just changed their appearance a bit. That is just not acceptable when you are sitting in a luxury hotel and get served this kind of food. The breakfast the other day was kind of acceptable but again had one or two rotten or bland dishes. The communication gap between the serving staff and the kitchen staff can also create a lot of problems for the customer. So it's a request to please keep these things in mind. In all it was a good stay if I eliminate food out of the equation.
