As I reach day 3 of my 5-day stay at this hotel, I find it to be a delightful experience overall. The gym facilities are excellent, and the kids are thoroughly enjoying the nice pool. However, my only wish is that the pool could stay open past 8 pm to accommodate evening swims. The highlight for me has been the delightful buffet, particularly the live panipuri counter, which adds a delightful culinary touch to the experience. On a minor note, TV programs for kids are lacking, with only one English channel available. Despite this, it’s been a positive stay, and I’m enjoying my time here.

Unfortunately, I have to write this not-so-positive review. I arrived at 3 a.m. from the airport, the entrance was a bit difficult to find at that time and I had to walk the last few hundred metres. The welcome at reception was warm and pleasant. I was given room 503, unfortunately when I went to bed I found a lot of black hair in the bed and toilet, to me it didn't look like the bed linen had been changed, I hope this was an oversight, so I rang reception, after an inspection and a short wait I was offered another larger room (normally with my MB Gold Elite status I should have been offered a free upgrade anyway), so I repacked my things and moved there. This apartment seemed to be better cleaned, although the bed linen had some faded patches (I can live with that). I finally found the opportunity to go to bed one hour later after my arrival, now after 4am. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Above all, I have to say that all the staff were always very friendly to me. When I left the hotel at around 09:30 the next day and activated the room service switch, I assumed that my accommodation would also be cleaned in my absence, but unfortunately this was not the case until the time I returned shortly before 2pm. The waste bin in the bathroom is broken and the toilet seat in the new room was not clean on arrival. For a 5 star (?) hotel, even if we are in India, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

This hotel genuinely blew me away. The staff were friendly and on point, making me feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were not just clean, but cozy and well-designed. Dining was a highlight with a menu that actually tasted as good as it looked. Housekeeping didn't miss a beat, keeping things spotless. It's clear they genuinely care about guest experience. No pretense, just a solid choice for anyone wanting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kudos to the team, especially the team from Food and Beverage department Ritushree, Vezo ,Repzong ,Anjali, Ketan, Neha were hospitable and observant. Mahima was extremely empathetic and pleasant, and a big thanks to Harsh from the front office department. Abhishek was excellent in his work and was really kind. Thanks to the team to make my stay pleasant.

Have stayed there twice so my review based in those experiences. Front office is good. Studio rooms are great. The part that is horrible is in-room dining. During both stays they have found ways to mess it up. The first time around they billed me for in-room as well as buffet (45 mins gap between the two). That shouldn't happen at a Marriott but what was more irritating is that they needed 20 mins to correct it. The 2nd stay was even worse...I called in room dining at 8.30 pm for a biryani and asked them if they can deliver it only at 9.30 since I was on calls. They agreed but didn't do it. I called them at 9.45 to remind and then again at 10.10....finally the food came at 10.30pm. Reason given...kitchen is very busy!! So yes...2 hours for a pre-ordered biryani and that too with reminders!! Hence, rating overall as low.
