I just wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Palampur. It truly was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Their helpfulness and friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests. The hospitality we received was absolutely superb and made us feel right at home. And let's not forget about the food - it was simply exceptional! The quality and variety of dishes provided were top-notch, leaving us incredibly satisfied after each meal. Overall, our stay at your hotel was nothing short of relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for providing such an outstanding place for guests to stay in Palampur. Everything is good, the location, cleanliness, approach. The tea gardens on the property are not so accessible but the gardens just opposite to the hotel across the road are just awesome. The breakfast is very very basic. A more variety could have been better. The staff in the restaurant and the front office could be trained a little more to be more courteous. The greetings were fine but the see-off was a little impolite if not rude I felt. Service in the restaurant was slow.

Excellent property and very convenient to us, property having good parking space and area for play with your children’s.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We reached the hotel early with my family and we got the rooms immediately, So this was a big plus. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.The sevice was exceptional as well, great food and Would definitely recommend to my friends. Specially thanks to Neha

A perfect stay option in such a scenic and serene location amidst beautiful tea estate. The rooms, service and food everything was above expectations. The view from balcony was simply gorgeous with tea estates and chirping birds in the front and snow capped Dhauladhar mountains towards the back. They have ample parking space as well and the property is located right on main road so you can easily access it. Loved their property and would definitely come back here.
