Why Mayfair Bhubaneswar Wasn't a Dream Come True? As doctors working in the US, my husband and I dreamt of a fairytale wedding back home in India. We imagined a celebration filled with love, laughter, and tradition, all set against the luxurious backdrop of Mayfair Bhubaneswar, a five-star hotel that promised elegance and service. Unfortunately, our dream turned into a nightmare. Despite meticulously planning everything from afar and paying a hefty sum, our experience at Mayfair was far from what we expected. The staff, instead of being helpful and friendly, were indifferent and uncooperative. We felt like unimportant guests, not valued clients. Mayfair's double standards were shocking. People with influence were treated like royalty, while ordinary folks like us faced unreasonable restrictions and demands. It was as if we were invisible, not worthy of their attention. Our assigned event manager, who should have been our guide and support system, made the experience even worse. He was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, adding stress to an already stressful situation. From ignored instructions to inconsistent service and a general feeling of being treated as second-rate, our entire stay was a complete letdown. Mayfair's luxurious facade hid a culture of indifference and discrimination. If you're planning a wedding, especially if you're just an average person without connections or power, please reconsider choosing Mayfair Bhubaneswar. Our experience serves as a warning: this hotel isn't for everyone. It shattered our dream wedding, leaving us with disappointment and heartache.

Room quality is good Room service is good All staff are good 👍 Need some improvement inside the room likes ( Face tissue paper, Slippers, and Brush and toothpaste) We booked for 2 people but the provider these for only 1 sets . They didn't put tissue box inside this very important. For other services is good 👍

No wonder why this place is so popular. I booked a week after reading so many positive reviews, I must say the service exceeds my expectations. Especially Satya and Akash are the gems there. There was never a miss. I loved the breakfast and tea. The staff are well trained. They serve just the right amount at right time. I will come again and again. Regards, Abhishek

Great Service. Well maintained halls. Great place for meetings and bigger conferences. There is a basement area(underground). Ground floor has Crystal Hall. 1st Floor has Central Hall with a capacity of more than 700-800 people. 2nd floor has Board Room which is small place having capacity of 40 approx and good for small meeting and discussions. 3rd floor has 20 luxurious rooms along with small meeting hall for 10-15 ppl.
