Our stay was memorable. Beautiful property. Very well maintained and pictureseque 360 degrees view of the mountains and greenery. Very hospitable staff. The chefs went out of their way to make delicious and personalized food for us. Mr. Rudolf John, the Resort Manager was very courteous, knowledgeable, and ably heads the operations. The last leg of the road drive is a little difficult to travel but well worth the effort. Great experience.

This charming tea resort literally floats on puffs of cloud. Born out of a legend of Junga Bhadur who saved his master’s life duelling a tiger is blessed with the same sense of duty and service among the staff and management of the Jungapana tea resort. Rudolf John is a young and dynamic resort manager who juggles many skills to ensure a singularly memorable experience for the guests. The facilities boasts of a well appointed spa, library, dining, cocktail and barbecue experience. The tour of the tea garden and factory was an educative lesson in the fine art of tea crafting. I have never seen the factory floor so clean and well maintained that it feels like a showroom. We had a most wonderful holiday experience and I am sure anyone visiting this lovely property will be pleasantly fulfilled.

The location was awesome , and the view from the resort was also awesome. And their staff's behaviour is very kind and gentle . But before you visit the hotel you must know about the road . The roads are not good to reach the hotel.
