Worst 5 star experience in whole of India .never prepay for this property ever I stayed there on 28 jan I booked a room through goibobo at 13500 rs As I reached I was given room which was under construction then reception said we upgraded u to premium room 😀😀 Upgraded room features - no view only a garbage filled terrace of a washroom . On requesting for change of room reception said either take under construction room or this is available as they know we already paid . ( many good rooms were vacant at that time ) Well , we compromised but at 10.30 pm some boys living near our room started playing music in high volume and dancing !! It’s 1am and the nonsense is at its peak !! Reception said that some marriage event going on so they can’t do anything . Event in a room not party hall what an excuse 😂 Unfortunately we have no option than to wait for morning with our small kids and leave this utter roadside place ! Guests are cheated here

One of the worst places in Guwahati to dine-in. Went in for buffet lunch on a Sunday. They had a big wedding party, yet they kept the buffet open for walk-ins. Result: Chaos and absolute mockery of service. Prices are no a stepper side, but food is worse than a local roadside dhaba. Most tasteless food I have ever had, that too in a property with the Mayfair tag. Worst of all, their billing machine wasn't in order and they handed out slips with the bill. Four of us went and all four of us experienced symptoms of food poisoning. They had non-veg off the buffet for the marriage, but when asked they served it from the kitchen, and the food was surely not cooked well. Dal was average, but desserts were a mockery. The property is built well, looked premium and luxury. The food however, horrible.

Currently one of the finest resorts in town which serves as an excellent option for weekend getaways. We were impressed by the wide variety of food items available, representing different cuisines. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff's hospitality left a positive impression. Every minor detail was attended to, ensuring that our dining experience at the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. A visit to this place is definitely recommended.

We'll well i just checked out of the property and I'll never ever come to this place more recommend this property to anyone! First of all, I had booked this property to stay during new years time months back in advance and neither the staff not management stated anything to me apart from that I have complimentary breakfast and the rest qasalacarte during my stay at Mayfair spring valley. 1 week ago a staff called me saying that I will not be served alacarte druing newy years eve and i would have to pay 5k /head for gala dinner with unlimited food and drinks during 31st night! I said I'm a vegetarian and I don't consume alcohol -then the staff said that they'll give full refund for my payment ;I reiterated and said the hotel management should find a solution for my issue and not do this kind of drama to the guests at last minute! Finally they gave in and said I can take a la carte menu. I reached the hotel at noon and had packed food with me and ordered 2 plates and spoons from the hotel - nobody came in to the room and me and my other guest ate on plastic containers. Moreover,the Tv wasn't working and they hadn't recharged the tata sky plan and we couldn't browse any channels and the wifi connectivity to the dmart tv and to our cellphones were pathetic and I had to call the housekeeping thrice via the reception and still they didn't care to fix our issues. Overall, they were focused on the gala dinner and we're treating us like inferior people or like we are on a refugee camp (even they get better treatment)! Overall: rooms are super spacious and nice ! Complimentary breakfast 🥞 was fine with the cakes and breads ; Indian dishes were okay okay 👍 Room service or housekeeping service was below 👇 standards; I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for Indians or other nationals ! At the end of the day they had left chits under the door of each room to extend the stay with them by offering 50% discount on the existing rooms to attract customers:TIPS TO YOU GUYS _ attraction comes naturally by offering 100% dedicated service and not by offering cheap discounts and cheap services! Totally disgusting and annoying experience at Spring valley Mayfair resort, GUWAHATI!!!!
