The hotel is located under the flyover so getting there is not straightforward but not complicated either, just follow the directions on the main road. The rooms are well maintained although a little dated. The views from some of the rooms facing the pool are great and the location is quiet and serene. The restaurant and the pool are very well maintained and the food is fairly decent depending on what you order. Service is fair and we had a good experience overall. Free self parking is also available on site.

It's very neatly maintained hotel you feel homely food is very tasty your stay in this hotel will be always in your heart.Enviornment is excellent Service fantastic. You can celebrate all types of functions family and other functions. It's reachable with out any hurdles With lots of GREENERY YOU FEEL EXTRAORDINARY.

its good but not well maintained as other resort in hubli - Dharwad. Good for family & friends. the taste of food is not good at all. I recommend some hygiene and well maintained environment to be looked after by management side.
