Very nice property, nice views, nice location but highly mismanaged and staffs in general and front desk in particular must learn as to how to behave and welcome guests. Rooms are in terrible conditions, requires proper repair, painting walls and repair of room and toilet electrical systems. Dirty linen requires proper washing and changes periodically. No hot water available in room. You just name it. For towels or bedsheets they ask for extra charges. We were highly disappointed and looking forward to a better condition in near future by the hotel management.

Staff were attentive and helpful from the day we checked in to checkout. Breakfast area was also enjoyable. Food was fresh and freshly prepared. Great staff and great service.

Looks very big building but no renovation from long time old furniture not even cleaned at all. Don’t come here, I would give it 0 start, no service, food was not even ok. No water in the morning. Filthy pillows and bed sheet and you will have extra guest see in photos (cockroach)Very bad experience.
