I stayed at Minikins with my family on new year’s eve. Negatives- I would rate zero for room cleanliness. The linen in the rooms very dirty. Had to get the bedsheets and pillows changed twice. There was no hot water available. The wooden rooms were very cold as the rooms were not sealed properly (flaw with the way the logs were put together to build the room). We had to ask for an electric kettle and heater. Also had to get our room cleaned again and to our surprise they used a dirty wet cloth to wipe the toilet seat, which then I had to clean using a tissue paper myself. Clearly the staff wasn’t trained at all and wasn’t aware of even the basics of hospitality industry. Positives- Food was very good which was the saving grace. Mr Nitin, the owner, was very polite and was trying his best to offer all possible service to make our stay comfortable. But the untrained staff and lack of cleanliness did not justify the price we had to pay.

We stayed here for 3 days and found it best place to stay and enjoy your vacation. Mr Nitin and other staff are vey cooperative and arrange for everything asked. Food is tasty and location and view from the resort is awesome.

Really great stay at Minikins , Cottages are clean and nice, and they have lots of space at their disposal where your can have your bornfire or play games plus the scenic beauty you get from your cottage windows 👌 . If visiting Pangot, Nainital ,do consider this place. Also , staff and owner are very humble people . It was nice knowing them . I really recommend this place.

One of the best atmosphere and ambience you can find. Really great Resort. Cottages are neat and clean & have a great view from balcony. Open sitting area is at very beautiful location. Resort itself is very spacious. You have playing area for kids and family. The owner is really well behaved and always at your service. On top of everything the food is amazing!!. Really nice resturant. 100% recommended.
