I stayed at this hotel for a night. Before check in I already informed at the reception that I will be staying for around 3 days for which they agreed. Cut to the morning I was told to check out since they told that all the rooms are booked. If all the rooms are booked well in advance then why the allowed me a room in the first place. Upon asking they say that they don't know that there was a booking. How pathetic answer is that. I mean don't you know In Advance that your hotel is full. It's just that you had a room empty for the night and you just wanted to make money on the empty room. No customer service at all. They take the customer for granted. I have some very important thing to attend in the morning but instead i was looking for the next hotel. Dont go to this hotel they are a big liar. The receptionist told that there was a urgent booking from some high level government official that's why I have to leave the room. They give room to people based on priority i think. Really really pathetic service.
