The rooms, facilities, and service were fantastic. I am a foreign traveler from the USA and I felt good and welcome at this place. The food and drinks are fairly priced and the rooms and environment inside the resort were very clean. Mohana offered the best service out of all my interactions with businesses in West Bengal.

My stay at the Mohana Beach Resort was exceptional. From the warm hospitality upon arrival to the tastefully decorated and well-maintained rooms, every detail was carefully attended to. I got complementary breakfast with the stay. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a diverse range of cuisines and impeccable service. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and sea facing main door and cafe provided relaxation and rejuvenation. The remarkable service from the staff, who were polite and attentive, made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, this Resort offers a memorable and luxurious experience for guests. Nice beach front resort. Staff are quite friendly and behaviour is very nice. Located at very end of Mandarmani. Crowd free and safe beach. Great value for money.

The service has definitely taken a hit so as the food. The food quality of this hotel used to be very good which in our recent trip has seen much degradation. Service has become slower. This was not expected from this hotel. Another problem faced was of the flies. Fly everywhere and even within the rooms. The hotel should take proper measurement to control flies as it's a major nuisance and highly unhygienic.
