Our experience at Moskva Hotel on Tamil Sangam road, Madurai was exceptional. The meeting hall, equipped with excellent air conditioning, comfortably accommodated our conference of 200 people. The rooms were impressively neat and clean, providing a refreshing stay. We appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on the ground floor, serving delicious meals. The attentive and satisfying service from the staff added to the overall positive experience. The affordability of both room tariffs and conference hall facilities made our stay even more delightful. With the Meenakshi Amman temple just 1 km away, accessibility was a significant plus. Highly recommended!

Room charges are with fare average price. However rooms are not properly maintained. They have the scope to improve the hygiene standards. More over car parking is bit difficult. Overall the staff services and approaches are good.

The hotel staff was helpful. It has nice restaurant (and hidden bar) and beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the room should be improved (I.e water stains on glass in bathroom. The water for bath was just lukewarm which is hard for kids to shower in. They did provide complimentary toothbrush and paste but no toilet paper (which is common in India). Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Located at a prime location in simmakkal, ample parking space. Restaurant is quite decent but the service can be improved a bit. All the rooms are fitted with electronic locks and switches but it doesn't match upto the interior, electronic locks were provided inside the room. No ventilation inside the room. Lot of noise outside our room on the 2nd floor during the night we stayed which was very disturbing. Overall it's very average.
