The biggest plus point of this resort is its grand location facing Upper Lake and close to the major attractions like Van Vihar, Boat Club and Tribal Museum.The rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little small. The food and service department can definitely improve. The complimentary breakfast is quite ordinary and the service is passable.

We are from a different state, went to bhopal for some work. Had listened a lot about this place but apart from view everything is pathetic. Not sure what all points to write but will highlight a few 1. Since we were not aware about the parking much, the parking gaurd said " Gadi jaha lagana hai lagao parking full" we requested ki may be he can suggest some place the guy said "Wo aap dekh lo" 2. The Manager, my God... We were around 12 people, first of all we asked if we can sit together, he said the chairs are too heavy hence you guys have to sit at seprate tables and have to order separately for each table. 3. This one is an epic, the waiter told me " Baar baar order nahi le sakte" ek baar order kar dijiye, bht time lagta hai kitchen se yaha aane mein". By listening to this I had nothing to say. I silently stood up and left

Slowest service on peek days. Seems like waiters are the king here. The have this audacity of refusing there managers to not serve on particular table. They kept us waiting for 15 minutes till some other person arrived to attend us. The waiter who refused to attend us rather preferred to attend the guest who arrived even much after we arrived. Spoilt our Sunday
