Very very worst experience ever.. Room boys are so ARROGENT.. not safety for family..worst behaviour.. Too much cost.. Resturants are not providing foods for our needs ..it's not a 3star hotel.. rooms are not enough for small family.. don't go munnar castle and don't spoil ur vacation..

Nice place, decent. But don't order anything from their terrible restaurant. No timeliness or any value of any kind. Food tasted bland and pathetic. There are good joints walkable distance close by. Location and views ? no. Just close the blinds. The attenders are simpletons. They can't make out a small talk to a request to a demand to an order.

I have visited with family, very bad experience. We suffered to much. We asked for water cattle, we received cattle with lots of ant. Further. I cleaned it and later on get to know cattle is not working. Non cooperative staff.
