A Truly Exceptional Stay - 5 Stars! I recently had the pleasure of staying at DownTown Prime, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience. The room I stayed in was a true haven of comfort. The bed was not only visually appealing but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were of high quality, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend DTP to anyone seeking a truly exceptional and memorable hotel experience. I can't wait for my next visit!

This is a new property and looked really fresh and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The staff is very accommodative and helped us when we reached early to this property. The breakfast is buffet and is good. We booked the family room as we were traveling with family and required an extra bed which was provided. The bedsheet and pillow covers were stained were changed but with delay. There is patio sitting, bar counter and jacuzzi which we could not access as we had to travel alot. Overall the stay is good and food is also good just need to work a bit on their service.

The place looks amazing. We took a 2bed room and it was super spacious. Friendly staff and they helped us getting local information and also rental bikes. We were given complimentary jaccusi as well. Would like to be back here when in Udaipur.

Loved every bit of experience with the hotel experience. Either be the hospitality and warm welcome of the hotel or either it be the immediate response towards any requirement. Felt warmth and safe. Excellent staff and cleanliness. Amazing food , veg and nonvedge preferable always and good hygiene. Hats off to Hotel downtown prime for all its efforts in customer service and every role they play wish you all great success and may you open many more branches!!!!! Keep motivating your staff. From entrance of this hotel to it's rooms, to jacuzzi to every part of the staycation experience shall be cherished by all folks of us !!!! Best wishes and great success ....
