I had booked 3 rooms for for 7 - 8 guests. The rooms are good and staffs are also well behaved. The food which is available in the restaurant on the ground floor is really impressive and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Was trying to get a room for 5 people, and the staff were not really that friendly. At some point, there was room, then there was no available, then was told to go across the street, and then online there was room at the inn, but apparently it was only for the sister hotel with a different name across the street. There is no real cohesion between online and in person, and the price also doubled in person verses what it had said online. Another issue I had was that the staff member did not to show me the room prior to booking. As a note, anywhere I go, I have a standard practice of asking the staff to show me the room prior to booking the rooms out for the night. This was the only place I have ever encountered where they are not willing to show me the room in advance. I ended up deciding to a different hotel because I do not want to spend my money where I had to deal with rude staff, unable to see the room prior to paying for it and where the avaiable can not be clearly communicated.

Good stay and rooms , it is also inside the town easy to find and good food also Good customer service and also pickup service. Rooms are well cleaned and good room service. Morning breakfast is also good . Business travel is can make restplace. And affordable also ac and non AC rooms are available.good resting place while traveling.

They are cheating through cleartrip platform don't go here. I booked a room through cleartrip at my check in time i went to the hotel, they said we are not registered with cleartrip so cancel the booking and book room offline then did the same what he said and i asked with the cleartrip they are saying you only cancelled so we can't refund the amount. Finally cleartrip got money and nalanda got money.. I'm cheated. Double amount collected both cheaters please don't book anyone here. They're cheating the people.
