The resort is at a nice location with a decent exteriors. The staff is courteous and polite. But these are the only positives I could find during the stay. The rooms are just basic what you get in any dharamshala. No phone to contact restaurant or reception. Bedding is also just basic. Almirah is old style that too is small. No refrigerator in room. Even the glasses were provided after asking. So if you want a good room then just stay away from this resort. The 2 stars I've given are for location and staff. The charges are way too high compared to what services they provide to the customer. Restaurant provides basic food. Don't expect any variety in menu. Just a few items are provided for basic breakfast. Not recommended if u want to stay for basic luxury. As a last resort this can be booked.

Resort is nice, pool was clean when I visited..food and bar service was good. Breakfast could be better as omelet and juice/fruit were missing but it was ok. Overall experience was good

Location is good, suitable for families as well. Service is also good, don't have any negative feedback. Rooms are average, no phone in the room and room amenities are old and not upto the mark. Still need more improvement as a room, restaurant and few more as a resort. Food is average...
