I'm not happy. For Example: 1. Hot water tap was not working condition at the time of check in. 2. Not trained your restaurant staff for serve the dish as well as not proper communication between waiter with cook and look your food quality for improve the taste. 3. If checking after 6pm at your resort, bribe to pay forest officer.

This property is very good to stay and relax.....if you ready to to pay for boat to reach out to Temple which actually werthfull if you do parikarma as well by boat because I love to do boting I will suggest we you do not want to spend on boting and you are not fan of boting be careful to book this property. Boting cost will 5,000 per round for group of 6 people. But below points which neet to highlight - *Food quality is not good, we got the deal in which dinner and breakfast was included but both dinner and brekfast but not even one of them is upto the mark service was not good , waiting time for dinner was quite long and options was too limited and not good in taste every time we asked any thing staff always told us that is chargeable,they just provide daal sabzi n roti no salad no card and even that the presentation of food was not good. No dental kit provide which is a basic thing ,Tv was not reachared, No bathroom sleeper provided , pool was not working, welcome drink provided when we asked three times. Manager and staff failed to provide the local information about the temple and other things. Hope next we got the best service and they will work on highlighted points. Our booking under the name of Mayank Tyagi.

We paid 8000 and 5000 rupees for 2 rooms. Nobody warned us that there is no easy way to get to Omkareshwar Mandir. It is deserted and no easy way to get to the temple. The ferry dropped us one kilometer on a pile of unstable rocks and you can imagine the challenge. The facility is old. The hot water geiser did not work. The water drips all night. No plumbers available. Kettles dont work. Nothing works. My stuff was stolen. The food is awful. We walked off without eating our dinner. The management should not be charging these rates for a ZERO STAR HOTEL. Typically dont write reviews but several folks working at hotel suggested the only way to improve the facility is the management sees what is truly happening.

Highly recommend Narmada Hills Resort the property in Omakareshwer.this property is very nearest to jyotirlinga temple omkareshwer and mamleshwer mahadev becoz we are going by boat to mahadev temple for darshan it was very good experience in boat we were reach at the Omakareshwer temple ghat with in 10-15 min only the it's just 1.5km ghat to Temple. Boat easily available there very peaceful place u can see the nature every where all around feel very blessed over there and also can do activities at the ghat place its just walkable distance from the resort...In the resort feel very relax coz all things are available there we can play at the garden, in that game zone Pooltable, Tabletanis, kid zone for kids and swimming can also in pool side, when we go in the restaurant all staff greeting us with folded hands Namashkar it's really feel great that time. Food is delicious and very balanced tasty and multiple cousins available very fast service and amazing thing when we was having dinner that time kitchen chef was coming and ask about the food taste and require it was very good gesture's and all staff was very courteous and polite suggesting do the good things and very helpful, beautiful view or location they taking care of our comfort zone in the rooms and available in 24*7 hours for the services. Over all my experience is great so recommend this Resort in Omakareshwer
